New Year 2020: Follow 5 health tips, stay fit and young for the whole year

If the new year is starting 2020, keep these tips in mind if you want to stay fit for the whole year.
The new year i.e. 2020 is going to start.  You too must have had many dreams about the new year.  Some new promises must have been made.  Make a promise with your health as well, because you will be healthy only then you will succeed.  If you follow the five tips in the new year, then you will remain healthy and there will be no cost to the doctor.  Let's understand about these five things that have to be focused on the new year.

 Friendship with water


Learn to befriend water in the new year.  In the new year, friendship with water is going to be very useful for you.  Decide that from the new year you will wake up every morning and drink two to three glasses of lukewarm water.  You will definitely drink eight to ten glasses of water a day.  The more you drink water, the more toxic substances will go out of your body.  Water keeps the skin young and if you want to look young in the new year, then you will fulfill your friendship with water.  You will not believe but adequate water intake keeps many diseases away.


 Daily Workout and Yoga

This is a vow that every person takes on the new year but forgets in a few days.  Do not forget this time.  Take out at least 20 minutes daily from the New Year in the name of exercising or yoga and then see amazing.  With just half an hour exercise in 24 hours, you will save thousands of doctor's fees.  Yoga is also a great way to stay fit.  Not only small and big diseases will also be cured due to exercise and yoga.  Just vow and get together.


 Breakfast

During the run of the day, most people either skip breakfast or forget it.  Some people do not have breakfast in the morning because of their health.  Remove these illusions from your mind and vow that you will have a good, good and healthy breakfast every morning.  Breakfast in the morning prepares you for the hard work of the day.  Do not avoid this, fill your stomach and leave the house.  Eat healthy and you will be guaranteed to stay healthy throughout the year.

 Try to quit smoking

You must have tried this too many times, but the new year will give you some different enthusiasm.  Make a list before quitting smoking.  Look at the number of cigarettes smoked in a day, the price of a cigarette, now the number of cigarettes smoked throughout the day and reducing cigarettes one by one daily.  Assess what you can use the money you save on cigarettes.  This will save your health as well as your pocket.  People abroad have managed to quit cigarettes by doing this experiment.

 Avoid sugar

In the new year try to either stop sugar or at least eat it.  Sugar causes a lot of damage to the body, sugar is the same for diabetes patients and sick people.  If left unattended, reduce intake.  Eat jaggery, honey and sugar candy instead of sugar.  Eating honey will relieve constipation, eating sugar candy will brighten the face and jaggery has so many benefits that it cannot be counted.
